New Action Portraits Website
I’ve just finished a major rewrite of my portraits website. I’m really pleased with the end result and very happy with the way it looks. But I would say that wouldn’t I? I’d love to hear any comments and feedback about it, good or bad.
Birthday Photo Session
I had a great photography session with Ellie and eight of her friends on Sunday. We hired out Saracen Studio in Milton Keynes, the girls all brought along lots of enthusiasm and a wardrobe of clothes each. The two hours we had in the studio flew past, but we did have enough time to get some fantastic portraits and group shots.

Karting at Whilton Mill, Daventry
I attended a charity kart racing day on Saturday. Paul Lee Davis was a well liked Club100 karter who passed away from leukaemia. A trust fund has been set up to provide fun days out, treats or a break away for young adults aged 17-40 who are receiving treatment for any type of leukaemia or lymphoma at the haematology unit at New Cross Hospital, Wolverhampton.

Family Portraits in Northampton
I had a call from Jo, who’s wedding I photographed a couple of years ago, asking me to come and take some photos of a family get together they were having in Northampton. I really enjoyed meeting the family again and taking some family portraits, as I had met every one at their wedding.

David & Sherin wanted some family portraits with their new born daughter Lila-Rose. Scruffs, their adorable labradoodle dog was also keen to get in on the action, well he is part of the family as well. Lila-Rose wasn’t too cooperative to start with as she was hungry, so after a feed we tried again and got some great portraits.

Lucy & Tim’s Wedding at Dumbleton Manor, Evesham
Lucy & Tim got married at Dumbleton Hall near Evesham on Thursday. This was my first time at Dumbleton Hall, and I must say, it really is a beautiful place for a wedding. Even now in December, there is a wealth of fantastic photo locations. I would love to be a wedding photographer here on a hot summers day.

I was Holly & Kevins wedding photographer back in August 2010, and I was delighted to hear the news of their first born son, Finley, a couple of months ago. Just as I thought the abseiling season was coming to an end, I had a booking for The Lily Foundation to cover one last abseil at Guys Hospital before the building gets a face lift. I was expecting to be very wet and cold up there, but as it turned out we had a beautiful November day and got some great event photos.

Wedding Photography at Staverton Park, Daventry
It was Charlotte & Pauls wedding last weekend in Daventry. They had a beautiful church service at the wonderful Daventry United Reformed Church followed by tea and cakes at the function room there. After that we all went off to Staverton Park where a fantastic reception was laid on.
Charlotte & Paul are having a traditional wedding album, as opposed to our usual GraphiStudio book, and I can’t wait to get it all finished and give it to them.

Club 100 Kart Racing at Whilton Mill, Daventry
I spent the weekend photographing the Club 100 kart racers at the weekend. As usual there was some great racing and lots of thrills and spills. It was a busy weekend for for our event photographers, with tanks driving and abseiling and, of course, karting.
